Mission Statement
For 80 years, the JAB ANSTOETZ Group has been living its values in its daily work, values that serve as a beacon for the employees in their daily work.
These important values have changed in meaning and significance over the past decades due to the changing times.
We are very pleased to be able to present to you the new mission statement of the JAB ANSTOETZ Group, which expresses our self-image and our corporate philosophy.
The mission statement should always be an orientation for all of us in our daily work – internally and externally to our business partners – and provide an answer to the question of what the JAB ANSTOETZ Group stands for.
Many employees from the different areas of our company have worked on the new mission statement, our self-image, for which we are very grateful. This is the only way we can live it authentically in the future and identify with it in the long term.
For more than 75 years, the common vision has been the “red thread” for our actions: »We make sure that people feel comfortable and secure whether at home or away.«
In a rapidly changing world, we trust in the future and our strengths as a financially independent, medium-sized family business.
We give substance to sustainability.
We work for a good climate – ecologically and interpersonally. In doing so, we keep our word and remain loyal to our roots, which are in Bielefeld! We respect and appreciate other people and their culture.
Our goal is to pass on a stable social, ecological and economic structure to future generations –in a healthy climate, on a healthy earth, as human beings among fellow human beings.
We focus on people
Our employees are the lifelines of the JAB ANSTOETZ Group. We value the personal strengths of our employees and show respect and appreciation for everyone in everything we do. Mutual and honest exchange as well as individual development opportunities are important to us and are also reflected in our management mission statement.
