CIRCULAR TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY
DESIGN FOR DISASSEMBLY FOR SEPARATE MATERIAL CYCLES
CLIMATEX's patented circular textile technologies combine natural and synthetic fibres in a specially designed woven structure. Developed according to circular design principles, the fabrics are designed so that their material components can be separated and recovered at the end of their life cycle.
At the end of their life cycle, the materials used in CLIMATEX fabrics can be separated by type: natural fibres can be returned to the biological cycle, while synthetic fibres can be directed into the technical cycle. In this way, the textile technology combines durability and breathability with a material concept designed for recovery.
Selected CLIMATEX fabrics are Cradle to Cradle Certified® and certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. The circular textile technologies used are designed to return materials to the appropriate cycles after use.
TESTED MATERIALS AND TRANSPARENCY
CLEAR REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURING
TRANSPARENT AND TESTED: The raw materials used for CLIMATEX are tested for their origin and composition and are traceable.
PFAS-FREE MATERIALS: CLIMATEX products use PFAS-free raw materials and ingredients. The substances and auxiliaries used are assessed for material health.
CONTROLLED MANUFACTURING: Material quality, the forms of energy used and manufacturing processes are assessed according to defined requirements.
The requirements for materials and manufacturing processes are monitored as part of the relevant certification and testing procedures.
